About Me

I'm a true wanderer at heart. I am a poet, a writer, an artist, an educator, a mom, a wife, and an entrepreneur.  In October 2017, my Brown family of three left our teaching careers along with the rat race and high anxiety living of NYC and set off on an adventure. Our desires are to be immersed in the cultures of the places we visit, connect with the people, learn the languages and customs, eat great food and collect recipes, explore what each destination has to teach us and create memories with our family and friends that will last beyond this lifetime.  Traveling for me is exciting and therapeutic, my goal with this blog is to have a digital memory keeper as my family and I heal, grow, and explore and to chronicle some of the lessons we learn along the way.
